Guidelines and Instructions to Authors

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher.

The Editors reserve the right to edit or otherwise alter all contributions, but authors will receive proofs for approval before publication.

Copyrights for articles published in our journals are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. The journal/publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. It is the author's responsibility to bring an infringement action if so desired by the author. The authors authorize the publisher archive the article into databases and indexes (such as DOAJ), and permit the publisher apply DOI name to the paper or article.

The text and references must meet the formatting requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines. We strongly suggest that you use the template for preparing your paper. After acceptance, you may be required to re-format the paper in the template format. All manuscripts should be prepared in MS-Word format and submitted online or send to journal’s E-mail address i.e. [email protected]. If you have any questions, please contact the editor of the journal.

Paper Selection Process

  • On receiving the paper, the system will send an acknowledgement to the corresponding author immediately.
  • The process of peer review may take 2-3 weeks. You will be able to trace the process in your user account as and when maintained
  • We will send an acceptance E-mail to the corresponding author, indicating acceptance or not, as well as the date of publication.
  • The authors should decide whether or not to accept our arrangements for publishing.
  • Authors need to re-edit the paper, using the template.
  • The re-edited paper should use the template provided by us and meet the formatting requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Once you submit the re-edited paper, the system will send you a confirmation E-mail.
  • After publishing, the authors may download the e-journal from the website.
