IJLINK Ethics Policy

International Journal of Library, Information, Networks, and Knowledge (IJLINK) expects from its authors to inculcate sense of honesty and sincerity towards the noble profession and feel their responsibility in contributing original research and development oriented papers to raise the standards of researchers and other stakeholders

From the Author/Researcher/Editor point of view it becomes a personal obligation that we all maintain a highest ethical and professional conduct and we must agree to the given journal ethics policy

Ethics Policy

  • Author/Editor should be Honest and Fair.
  • Author/Editor should undertake research related task keeping in view the safety and welfare of the society.
  • Author should avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest whenever possible.
  • Author/Editor should undertake real project and accredited education program to demonstrate the research skill and to encourage others to do so.
  • Author/Editor should not hesitate in taking assistance and guidance in dealing with the task that is beyond our abilities or experience.
  • Author/Editor should always listen to the professionals' advice and learn from their experiences and mistakes.
  • Author/Editor should be ready to share our knowledge with others.
  • Author/Editor should always reject bribery, kickbacks and professional misconduct in all its forms.
  • Author/Editor should treat fairly with all regardless of their race, religion, gender, disability, age, or national origin.
  • Author/Editor should be ready to admit mistakes and correct them promptly.
  • Author/Editor should not injure others, their property, reputation, or employment by false or malicious action.
  • Author/Editor should respect intellectual property and should be careful in giving credit for other's work.
  • Author/Editor should never get indulged in stealing or misusing copyrighted, patented material, trade secrets or any other intangible asset.
  • Author/Editor must always assist our colleagues and co-workers in their professional development and support them in following this code of ethics.
